Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, select your preferred size, color, and design, then add the item to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete the payment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet entered production, you can request a change or cancellation by contacting us at info@trendwearify.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Are your products made-to-order?

Yes, all our products are custom-made specifically for you. This ensures unique designs and premium quality.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production Time: 2–7 business days.

Shipping Times: Domestic (USA): 3–8 business days.

International: 7–20 business days, depending on location.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL for both domestic and international shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are only accepted for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items (due to our error)

How do I request a return or refund?

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?

How long does it take to process a return or refund?

Approved claims are processed within 5 business days, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.
